Booking and Payment:

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation. We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Service and Conduct:

Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the journey. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the passenger.
Service Availability: While we strive to provide reliable services, we are not liable for any disruptions or unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.

Amit, Naba and their team organised our transport for the holiday in the North East. Right from the pick up and drop off at Guwahati trip, everything went without a hitch. The drivers were super courteous and the cars (Innova Crysta) were well maintained. Our driver Dharmendra forever smiling was ready to help out at all odd hours and gave very good suggestions.
